of Service:
Guarantees:
All
animals
are
conditionally
guaranteed
to
arrive
alive
provided
all
of
the
following
conditions
are
met.
No other guarantees
are offered or implied.
1
. The
low
temperature
for
the day must
be
above
40 degrees and
the high
temperature for
the day
must
be below 88
degrees
at
the destination.
This
specifically
refers
only to the high
and low temperature
for
the day.
It
does
not refer to the
exact
temperature
at the
exact
time
of arrival.
Weather
information for
your location is
taken from the Weather
Channel and NOAA
National Weather
Service.
2. Animals
shipped
by
Delta
Dash air cargo
must
be picked up
within
four (4) hours
of their scheduled
arrival
time. This
refers
specifically
to
the time they
arrive
(when the
plane lands).
It
does
not refer
to the time that
you
were called
and notified
of
their arrival.
I
am not responsible
for weather
conditions,
mechanical failures,
mishandling
by the carrier,
or carrier delays
that could void
the live arrival
guarantee.
3. Animals
shipped
by FedEx
priority
overnight
delivery
service must
be
delivered
the next
day
on
the
first attempt and
before
12:01
p.m. (individuals
living
in remote
areas where delivery
times
may be later
should
email me
to discuss shipping
alternatives).
A
signature
is
required
for
receipt
of
all
shipments. I
am not responsible
for
weather
conditions,
mechanical
failures,
mishandling
by
the
carrier,
or
carrier
delays
that
could
void
the
live
arrival
guarantee.
All
of
these
conditions
(1 and 2
or 1 and
3) are required
for the
live arrival
guarantee
to be valid.
Failure
to meet any one
of
these conditions
for any reason will
void the guarantee
and your right to
any claims. Unless
mutually agreed
upon in writing
and signed by both
parties no other
policies,
terms,
or guarantees
will
apply.
Claims,
Credits,
and Refunds:
There
are
three
criteria
that
you
must meet
before
any
claims
for
credit
or
refunds
will
be
considered:
1
. DO
NOT
DISPOSE
OF
THE
ANIMALS.
The
problem
animals
(alive
or
dead)
must
be
available
to
be
returned
promptly
at
my
request. This
is
how
your
claim
will
be
verified. If
you
are
unwilling
or
unable
to
return
the
animals
(alive
or
dead)
then
no
claim
will
be
considered.
2. You must
report in detail the exact problem with your order by email
within 24 hours from the time the animal arrived at the airport,
customer service center, or your location. In addition you may
call at 321 289 9600 but only to
confirm
that
I
have
received
your
email.
If
I do not
receive an email within 24 hours no claim will be considered.
3 . You must
first meet all of the of the conditions (1 and 2 or 1 and 3) set
forth in my "Guarantees". If you failed to meet or comply with
any
one
of
those conditions no
claim
will
be
considered.
Once
I have
determined
that you
have a
valid
claim
I will
at my discretion
offer you
either
a refund,
replacement
animals,
or
credit
to
be
used
on
future
purchases.
Please
note
that
credits
and
refunds
for
shipping
and
packing
charges
are
at my
discretion
and
will
be considered
case
by case.
General
Business Policies and other Information:
Animal
Health:
All
animals
are
sold in "apparent"
good
health
at the time
of
their
sale. This
refers
only
to conditions
that
are
clearly visible to the
eye at the time the
animal
is
packed for shipping.
Conditions
that
are
not
considered
apparent
include
but
are
not
limited
to
internal
injuries,
viral,
bacteria,
or
parasitic
diseases
that
at
the
time
of
packing
were
asymptomatic
or
any
other
conditions
that
require
sampling,
testing,
X-rays,
or
lab
work
of any
type.
Parasitic
diseases
includes
both
endoparasites
(internal)
and
ectoparasites
(external). Because ectoparasites
such as
mites,
ticks,
and leaches
are not
always
clearly
visible and are easily treatable
they are
not considered
in determining
an animal's
apparent
good health.
I always
consider
it to
be a possibility
that
all animals,
both
wild caught
and captive
born,
may have
parasites
and possibly
other
diseases.
While
I do
not quarantine
or treat
any animal
prior
to it's
sale I
strongly
recommend
that
all newly
acquired
animals,
regardless
of their
origins,
be quarantined
for a
minimum
of at
least
60 days
prior
to their
introduction
to any
collection.
It
is the
responsibility
of the
buyer
to quarantine
and
treat
the
animals
as they
see
fit. I
am more
than
happy
to consult
and
offer
advice
to anyone
on this
topic.
This
is
regardless
of
whether
you
purchased
your
animal
from
me
or
someone
else.
Animal Sexing:
Invertebrates (all);
correct sexing is not ever guaranteed.
Upon request I will do my best to sex the animals, but under no
circumstances is correct sexing ever guaranteed.
Amphibians (all);
correct sexing is not guaranteed. Upon request I will do my best
to sex the animals but correct sexing is not guaranteed. There
are species and circumstances where exceptions may be made
however this must be agreed upon and acknowledged by me in
writing prior to the sale.
Reptiles; Alligators, Lizards
(all), Snakes (all), Tortoises (all), and Turtles (all);
Upon request I will do my best to sex the animals but correct
sexing is not guaranteed. There are species and circumstances
where exceptions may be made however this must be agreed upon
and acknowledged by me in writing prior to the sale.
I have a great deal of
experience at sexing a large variety of animals. Many species
can be sexed easily and accurately however there are some
species or circumstances where sexing is not obvious or cannot
be easily or safely done. As a result there is always a
possibility of errors. If you require sexing of the animals you
wish to order please feel free to inquire. You will get an
honest response.
Please remember that
sexing guarantees must be agreed upon and acknowledged by me in
writing prior to the sale. If I agree to guarantee correct
sexing you will have 24 hours to inform me if you feel the
animals have been incorrectly sexed.
Cancellation
of Orders:
You
may cancel
your order by sending me an email
at anytime
prior
to shipping
and receive
a full
refund
of your
payment.
An exception
to this
policy
will be
if the
animal
was specifically
special
ordered
for you.
In this
case only
the prepaid
shipping
and packing
costs
will be
refunded.
Orders
that have
already
been shipped
or are
in transit
and then
canceled
will
be assessed
shipping
charges
both
ways and
a 20%
restocking
fee.
After these
charges
have
been
deducted
the
remainder
of your
payment
will
be refunded.
Please
note that
once
an order
has been
shipped
your
refusal
to accept
the
order
for
any reason
will
be considered
as cancellation
of the
order
and all
previously
mentioned
charges
will
be applied.
I
reserve
the
right
to
refuse
to
take
your
order
or
cancel
it
at
any
time
without
explanation.
Legal Age
Requirement:
I
will not
knowingly
sell to
anyone
under
the age
of eighteen.
Proof
of age
is at
my discretion
and may
be requested
at anytime
I see
fit. Proof
of age
is a requirement
for purchasing
venomous
reptiles. If
upon
my
request
you
are
unwilling
or
unable
to
provide
verifiable
proof
of
age
your
order
will
be
canceled.
Legal Requirements
for Sales:
I
will not
knowingly
ship any
animals
in violation
of any
state
or federal
laws.
If I advise
you that
an activity
is illegal
and you
believe
I am incorrect
all you
need to
do is
provide
me with
verifiable
proof
that the
activity
is legal.
The following
will be
considered
as verifiable
proof:
A
letter
from
the appropriate
agency
that
regulates
the activity
stating
that
it is
legal.
Reference
to
the
"official"
web
site
of
the
appropriate
agency
where
it
clearly
shows
the
activity
as
being
legal.
A
copy
of
a
permit
or
letter
of
authorization
from
the
regulating
agency
showing
that
you
are
allowed
to
conduct
the
activity.
Please
note
that
in
the
past
I
have
received
false
documents
from
individuals.
If
I
have
any
reason
to
suspect
your
document
is
forged
or
that
it
has
been
altered
I
will
contact
the
appropriate
agency
for
verification.
Of
course
that
will
entail
giving
the
agency
your
name,
address,
and
phone
number.
PLEASE
do
not
insult
me
by
asking
to
make
an
exception
for
you
or
how
much
more
will
it
take
to
get
me
to
ship
to
you.
Payments:
All
orders
must be
prepaid
prior
to shipping.
Once
payment
has been
received
all orders
are shipped
as soon
as possible.
Shipping
days
for orders
traveling
by delta
air cargo
are Monday
through
Thursday.
Some exceptions
can be
made for
shipping
on Fridays,
Saturdays,
and Sundays
if scheduled
in advance.
Shipping
days
for
orders
traveling
by
FedEx
are
Monday
through
Thursday.
Exceptions
may apply
for holidays
and weather
conditions.
Payments
can
made
in
the
following
manners;

is the
the preferred
method
of payment.
Please
be aware
that
orders
paid
for through
paypal
can only
be shipped
to the
buyer's
confirmed
address
as noted
in the
transaction
details
provided
by paypal.
Paypal
does allow
buyers
to change
addresses
or add

addresses.
Before

deposits

hold

Your
payment
is acknowledgement
that you
have read
and agreed
to all
the "terms
of sale"

forth
on

page. No
other
terms
or
conditions
will
apply
unless
mutually
agreed
upon
in
writing
prior
to
making
your
payment.
Pricing
and Availability:
Prices
are subject
to change
without

and at

in classified

the internet.
In
the event
that
a price
in a classified
ad is
different
from
what I
have posted
on my
web site
the classified
ad will
always
be considered
the correct
price.
This
is
regardless
of
that
price
being
higher

lower.
Livestock
comes
and goes
daily.
Some species
are available
nearly
all year
around
and may
appear
on my
web site
or in
my classifieds
all the
time.
These animals
may sell
out and
be replenished
monthly,
weekly,
sometimes
daily
or as
otherwise
required.
Other species
may
only
be available
at specific
times
of the
year.
A few
species
are
so seldom
available
that
they
never
make
into
a classified
ad or
on to
my web
site. If
you are
looking
for
something
in particular
please
feel
free
to ask.
I also
maintain
a want
list
for those
interested.
There
is
no
obligation
to
purchase
required
to
be
put
on
this
list.
Shipping:
Shipments
may
be
sent by
the
following
methods.
Delta
P1
cargo
will
be shipped
freight
collect.
This
means
that
the
customer
will
pay
for
the
shipping
charges
when
they
pickup
the
animals
at
the
delta
cargo
facility.
The animals
and packing
charges
must still
be paid
for in
advance.
Delta
Dash
services
must
be
prepaid
at
the
same
time
you
pay
for
your
animal
order.
Rates for
Delta Dash
are $110.00
for up
to 50 lbs
or a single
box 34"x34"x20".
They also
have a
$145.00
rate for
packages
51 to 70
lbs.
FedEx
shipments
must
also
be
prepaid
and
the
customer
or
their
agent
will
be
required
to
be
present
and
sign
for
the
package
when
it
arrives.
Orders
paid
for
through
paypal
will
only
be
shipped
to
the
confirmed
address
as
it
appears
in
the
paypal transaction details. This is in accordance
with paypal's buyer/seller protection recommendations
and
no
exceptions
will
be
made.
Please
note
that paypal
does
allow
you
to
add
verified
addresses
to
your
account.
Shipping rates for FedEx
orders vary with actual weight, dimensional weight, and
destination. Rates for are typically $40.00 for a 12x7x6 box $45.00 for a 14x14x8 box,
$65.00 for a 17x17x10 box, $85.00 for a 17x17x20 box, $105.00
for a 17x17x30 box, and $135.00 for a 34x17x20 box. In
some situations actual rates may be slightly higher or slightly
less.
A

Packing
Charges:

there are
packing
charges
on all
shipped
orders.
Under certain
conditions
arrangements
can be
made for
pickup
in which
case there
are no
packing
charges.
Packing
for venomous
reptiles
is $30.00
per box.
This includes
the wooden
outer box,
styrofoam
liner,
bags, deli
cups and
other containers,
heat packs
or ice
packs,
strapping,
other packing
related
materials.
Packing for non-venomous reptiles is $10.00 per box
for a mini or single
outer,
$20.00
for a double
outer,
$30.00
for a triple
outer,
and $40.00
for a quad
outer.
This includes styrofoam
liner,
bags, deli
cups and
other containers,
heat packs
or ice
packs,
and other
packing
related
materials.
All
packing
is professionally
done and
based on
over 30
years of
high volume
shipping
both domestically
and internationally.

for any breeders, dealers, importers, or other individuals. I do
not have any breeders, dealers, importers, or other individuals

of my customers

the entire

I can sometimes
be difficult
to reach.

are patient
you will
get the
same attention.

importers,
breeders,
and other
dealers buy everything that is offered to them and then as a result
must
sell everything they have good and bad. I buy only what
I want
to sell or upon request what you want or need. As a result If I do not
have exactly
what you
asked for
I am not
going to

else you really
do not
